A: Check the following 3 steps:
(1) What is the brand and model for printer and print head?
(2) What material would you want to print on?
(3) What is the whole printing process?
Q: Do you have any certification to prove your ink without toxic?
A: We have RoHS/Reach/CE/OEKO Testing Report.
Q: Could you offer ICC profile for me?
A: Sure.We can offer ICC profile for you.
Q: Which type of printhead does your ink work on?
A: Our ink is suitable for all type of printhead such as Epson, Kyocera, Panasonic, Konica, Ricoh, Seiko, Spectra and so on.
Q: What about the color fastness of your ink?
A: The color fastness of our ink can reach 4-5 Grade. And we have SGS Testing Report for your reference.
Q: Could you offer some samples for testing?
A: Yes, we would like to offer FREE SAMPLES within 1000ml per color for wide format printers. You only need to pay the shipping cost.
Q: How about the goods package? If the customized OEM packing & logo accepted?
A: We have packages in 1kg, 5kgs, 25kgs, 200kgs.We'd like to supply normal OEM packing for free if you can reach our required Qty. You need just inform us your logo & packing information in details. We will do it for you.
Q: How about the shipment?
A: We can ship it by air or by sea or Express Delivery.For large order quantity, we suggest you to ship it by sea.
